DESIGNCOMMOTION

Design is

Everywhere!

To celebrate the 21st Olympic Winter Games, we’ve canvassed the design world for some of the grooviest metal or metallic furnishings in glittering gold, scintillating silver and brazen bronze. Vote for your favorite on our Facebook fan page. Before we dazzle you with our heavy metal choices, we salute aboriginal artist Corrine Hunt and Omer Arbel Office for designing the Olympic medals, manufactured by the Royal Canadian Mint.

If you like what we’ve gathered together, visit the Design Commotion fan page and vote for your gold-medal favorite. Visit my Miami Examiner page to see what the modern-day Greeks are up to. And my International Design Examiner page is all about the larger-than-life presence and style of Jason Wu and his sponsor Brizo, who made it possible for Design Commotion to be front and center at Wu’s runway show during New York Fashion Week.
